Cultivating a Great Place to Work through Respect and Camaraderie

For the fourth consecutive year, we are thrilled to announce our certification as a Great Place to Work, a testament to our unwavering commitment to amplifying the voices of our Kuragers, who continually guide us towards improvement and success.

Key Achievements

1. Increased Employee Engagement

This year, we witnessed an impressive 18% rise in Kurager participation in our survey compared to the last year, highlighting the growing engagement and commitment of our team

2. Respect for All

Underlining our dedication to diversity and inclusion, we are delighted to report that 100% of respondents feel treated fairly, regardless of age, race, gender, or sexual orientation. Our commitment to fostering a respectful environment remains steadfast.

3. Unwavering Camaraderie

Safety is paramount to us, and we take pride in the fact that 100% of our employees feel secure in their workplace. Every surveyed individual has felt warmly welcomed upon joining the company, maintaining this positive trend since 2021. Our foundation of camaraderie is further evidenced by the fact that all surveyed employees consider Kurago a friendly workplace, with over 94% feeling a sense of belonging, celebrating milestones together, supporting one another, and experiencing a seamless transition between departments.

While we celebrate our achievements, we acknowledge there is still much ground to cover.

Continuous Improvement

Recognizing this journey as a marathon, we value the invaluable insights of our Kuragers throughout these last years, which empower us to evolve continually. Our most notable improvements from the last survey include:

  • Leadership acknowledges, considers, and genuinely responds to team members’ ideas and suggestions.
  • Flexibility to take personal time when needed without compromising professional commitments.
  • Exclusive and meaningful team member benefits.
  • A workforce that expresses a desire for long-term commitment to Kurago.

Looking Ahead

While we celebrate our achievements, we acknowledge there is still much ground to cover. We have established two solid pillars—respect and camaraderie—on which to build our future success. As we reflect on these pillars, we should consider them an invitation to emphasize and harness these strengths, recognizing their potential as catalysts for further enhancement in other areas. This enduring commitment to our employees and their well-being will undoubtedly propel Kurago toward even greater heights in the future.
