Trust and camaraderie: the mainstays that make Kurago a Great Place to Work

For the second year in succession, we have been certified as a Great Place to Work. This accolade is awarded on the basis of the answers given to an anonymous survey that measures team member’s level of satisfaction. 94% of Kuragers said that Kurago is an excellent place to work.

We have been awarded for the second successive year thanks to the high participation in the survey, which stood at 96%. Furthermore, the level of trust in the company stands at 89%. At all the individual areas the index exceed 84%.

The survey addresses numerous aspects related to the way in which we perceive the organization, teamwork, the treatment of diversity, and pride in belonging. Among other things, for example, it highlights matters of such importance to us as our working methods, with 100% of staff saying that their supervisors trust them to do a good job without having to be constantly monitored.

One of the areas we have been working on intensely from a number of different angles involves diversity and inclusion. It is an aspect in which we score 100% in the indicators related to the way staff are treated regardless of race, sex or sexual orientation.

Actions of this kind enable us to verify how the work with our staff is being perceived. We consider it very important to have this type of tool that provides us with a great deal of information on how to improve in our daily work. Knowing Kuragers’ opinions and concerns is vital for continuing to improve as an organization.
