Cybersecurity, an essential part of the picture

Cybersecurity is becoming increasingly important in business environments where it is more and more common to have a large number of devices connected to the network.

Dealing with constant threats requires being ready to respond to possible cyber-attacks in the best possible way. That is why at Kurago we started a process to ensure that the company complied with the requirements relating to information security management. This process has now culminated in our being awarded ISO 27001 certification.

What is ISO 27001?

ISO 27001 sets out the requirements relating to information security management systems, certifying that a company has met the regulatory and contractual requirements with respect to data security, privacy and IT governance. Consequently, it means that customers and suppliers can be confident that their data will be secure in that organization.

Commitment and transparency in cybersecurity

We are aware that every company is susceptible to cyber-attacks. As a software engineering company, we work every day with products to which we apply the highest security standards. We decided to become certified because we want evidence that we meet those standards.

Our customers must know that their data are secure when they use one of the systems we developed. That means that they can place their trust in us without fear of having their information compromised, and we can access all the information we need to carry out our work and provide personalized advice to each customer.
