We took part in the BBK Kuna and Vesper Edgers program

At Kurago, we constantly look for new ways to question our organization, work, and even what we do. Only in this way can we anticipate the future and continue to develop solutions that offer our customers the agility to ensure that their business will be sustainable in the long term. Adapting is no longer enough; we must look for tomorrow’s solutions and apply them in the present by seeking new approaches that allow us to reinvent what we already do.

Rebeca Austin, People Manager at Kurago, has participated in the BBK Kuna and Vesper Edgers program. This program aims to find innovative answers to the challenges we face daily. It analyzes certain behaviors capable of placing people at the intersection between the present and the future.

Today’s world, where everything happens at high speed, requires a significant dose of creativity to think of solutions capable of offering long-term value.

Edgers are rebels, bold, connectors, multipliers, and problem solvers strongly inclined towards technology and innovation. They can adapt to the digital and globalized context in which great agility is required to respond to our challenges. Today’s world, where everything happens at high speed, requires a significant dose of creativity to think of solutions capable of offering long-term value.

This description is similar to our definition of a kurager. Taking Edger’s definition as a reference, Kurago will trace how we can adopt strategies that help us fit into our people’s model, further question the status quo, and foster our innovative, rebellious, and transformative mindset.

In our field of activity, it is essential to maintain freshness and an open attitude to new challenges. Exploring frontiers and challenging conventions will allow us to go beyond and find opportunities to make digital a reality.
